Spiritual mentorship offers a place for inquiry, practice, and reflection. Our work may include meditation and subtle-body practices, ritual and ceremony, dreamwork, relationship with the natural world, and exploring experiences of loss and transition.
I work with practices that bring awareness to the subtle or energetic body through meditation, breath, visualization, and embodied awareness. These practices can support an unfolding process of inner development—cultivating greater awareness, compassion, discernment, and connection with the sacred.
Spiritual communities and relationships with teachers can be sources of profound connection and belonging. They can also become places where people experience betrayal or harm. I offer support for people navigating religious or spiritual trauma, disillusionment, loss of faith, or misconduct and boundary violations by a spiritual teacher, guru, healer, or community.
There is no expectation that you restore a particular belief, forgive, remain within a tradition, or abandon one. Together, we can make room for what happened and explore what remains true and meaningful for you.
If you live in California and would like clinical support, religious and spiritual trauma therapy is also available.

My spiritual path has unfolded over many years. I have been honored to learn from teachers and traditions that have shaped my understanding of spiritual practice and development.
A central influence has been my ongoing study with Jennifer Welwood, whose teaching weaves Western psychology with Eastern wisdom traditions, drawing from Tantric Shaivism, Dzogchen, and Vajrayana Buddhism. Since 2013, I have studied meditation, subtle-body practices, and psycho-spiritual work with Jennifer, and I assist at her public retreats. Her work has deeply influenced my understanding of how psychological and spiritual development weave together and illuminate one another.
Another important stream of my path has come through many years of learning from Q'ero teachers and the wisdom traditions of the Andes. I have been deeply influenced by a cosmology that understands the human subtle body as a bridge between the earthly plane—the living world—and the stars and cosmos. Through subtle-body practices, ritual, relationship with the natural world, and the practice of ayni, I have learned ways of cultivating and deepening this relationship.
Although these traditions arise from very different cultures and lineages, I have been struck by something I experience within both: an understanding that our development involves more than the thinking mind. Body, heart, and mind each offer a way of knowing, and spiritual practice can help bring these dimensions of ourselves into deeper relationship with one another and with the sacred.
This understanding—of body, heart, mind, and spirit as interconnected dimensions of our experience—has become an important foundation of my own practice and of the way I accompany others.
I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation to explore what you're seeking and whether working together feels like a good fit.
